Mohammed Al Bayati’s role as Head of Operations encompasses more than the day-to-day operational requirements.

His pivotal role overlaps with many of the company’s departments, liaising closely with the Chairman, the CEO, The Head of Business Strategy and Development Ronald Laser and the rest of the team. He ensures there is consistency and clarity of purpose for all the departments that work on different aspects of the projects undertaken.

Mohammed has worked closely with the founding members to ensure that AMAFHH Investments attains its goals and he has established a robust team that fulfills the Success Group’s operational requirements.

Having a wealth of business experience in successfully running a series of start-ups from the young age of 18 years old, Mohammed Al Bayati was a natural choice for overseeing the company’s operational activities. Mohammed has presided over companies in a number of different market sectors, including event management, hospitality, FMCG’s, property investment and franchiseable RMU retail operations. Mohammed has invested this extensive knowledge and experience in business strategy, development and efficiency systems to his role.

From an early age, his entrepreneurial outlook has enabled him to assist the growth of a real estate investment portfolio and accumulate an array of experience in the retail sector. Upon completing his BSc and MSc in Politics and International Relations, he went on to hold prominent positions in both the governmental and cybersecurity industries, overseeing high profile projects. Saad's interest in property and investments has always been his main driving force. As an Investment Consultant, Saad Karim promotes the financial interests of AMAFHH through recognising suitable business opportunities and secure investments. Saad has a very close working relationship with the Head of Operations, where they work to fulfil the legal obligations of the company.

Saad is also a qualified lawyer with Higher Rights of Audience in London, specialising in Civil Litigation, Corporate and Commercial Law. Haidar is also a biomedical scientist and philanthropist. He is an alumnus of the University of London. Prof. Mustafa's attention to detail and expertise ensures the smooth delivery of these exciting developments.

Prof. Mustafa is the Managing Director of Unisearch and has over 30 years of experience in introducing innovative technologies to enhance the construction industry's performance. His extensive knowledge of BIM and IPD has enabled Prof. Alshawi to implement these techniques on large scale construction projects valued at £540m in the UAE. Prof. Alshawi and his team have demonstrated the vast benefits of utilizing these technologies to reduce construction time and cost for his clients.

Prof. Mustafa research was received the International Award from Bentley in 2013, and more recently from the RICS (London); the BIM4SME (2015) award for "Best Engagement and Support Programme for BIM implementation in client organizations". Prof Alshawi was previously the Director of the Build and Human Environment Research Institute at the University of Salford (The highest-ranked UK Institute in the Built Environment).
